शासन परिपत्रक, शालेय शिक्षण व क्रीडा विभाग क्र. विकाक-2009/प्र.क्र.292/प्राशि-1, दि. 10 मे,2010 अन्वये बालकांना मोफत व सक्तीच्या शिक्षणाचा अधिकार अधिनियम 2009, दिनांक 1 एप्रिल 2010 पासून लागू करण्यात आला आहे. त्यानुसार इयत्ता आठवीपर्यंत विद्यार्थ्यांना कोणत्याही बोर्डाची परीक्षा द्यावी लागणार नाही. 

सदर अधिनियमामधील कलम 29 (1) व (2) नुसार सन 2010-2011 या शैक्षणिक वर्षापासूनइयत्ता पहिली ते आठवीसाठी सातत्यपूर्ण सर्वंकष मूल्यमापन कार्यपद्धती विहित करण्यात आलेली आहे. 

विद्यार्थ्यांच्या व्यक्तिमत्त्व विकासाच्या सर्व पैलूंचे सातत्याने आणि विविध अंगांनी मूल्यमापन करण्यासाठी वापरावयाची शाळास्तरावरील कार्यपद्धती म्हणजे सातत्यपूर्ण सर्वंकष मूल्यमापन होय . सातत्यपूर्ण सर्वंकष मूल्यमापनामध्ये आकारिक मूल्यमापन आणि संकलित मूल्यमापन पद्धतींचा समावेश राहील.

 आकारिक मूल्यमापन

सर्व शिक्षकांनी पुढील साधने-तंत्रे उपयोगात आणून वर्गपातळीवर विद्यार्थ्यांचे आकारिक मूल्यमापन करावे आणि प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्यांच्या त्यासंबंधीच्या आवश्यक नोंदी ठेवाव्यात.

1) दैनंदिन निरीक्षण.

2) तोंडीकाम :- प्रश्नोत्तरे , प्रकट वाचन, भाषण-संभाषण, भूमिकाभिनय, मुलाखत, गटचर्चा इत्यादी

3) प्रात्यक्षिके/प्रयोग .

4) उपक्रम/कृती :- वैयक्तिक, गटात, स्वयं-अध्ययनाद्वारे

5) प्रकल्प

6) चाचणी :-  वेळापत्रक जाहीर न करता अनौपचारिक स्वरूपात घ्यावयाची छोट्या कालावधीची लेखी चाचणी/पुस्तकासह चाचणी (Open Book Test )

7) स्वाध्याय/वर्गकार्य :- माहितीलेखन, वर्णनलेखन, निबंधलेखन, अहवाललेखन, कथालेखन, पत्रलेखन,संवादलेखन व कल्पनाविस्तार इत्यादी

8) इतर : प्रश्नावली, सहाध्यायी मूल्यमापन, स्वयूंल्यमापन, गटकार्य अशा प्रकारची अन्य साधने

विषय :- इंग्रजी

·       Encourage learner while writing.

·       Provides practice in matching letter in alphabet.

·       He pick outs rhyming word from poem.

·       Sign rhymes in tone.

·       Make different message.

·       Participant in conversion

·       Answer properly for every question

·       Try to develop hand writing

·       He describe his imagination

·       He prepare invitation cards and greeting cards

·       He frame simple question in English

·       Help learner at initial stage at writing

·       Demonstrate how to hold a pencil properly

·       Write neatly and properly

·       Make spelling of various things

·       Describe conversion in the story

·       Give a simple instruction

·       Demonstrate short exchange

·       Demonstrate short conversion

·       Narrates simple and short fables with the help of audio, video and aids

विषय :- इंग्रजी

·       Listen wrong

·       Writing wrong

·       Reading wrong

·       Tells the wrong story with the help of given points

·       Never follows the instruction

·       Never follows the conversation

·       Read with wrong pronunciation

·       Never follows the instruction in act

·       He can’t explain his feelings

·       He can’t describe any simple event

·       He speak roughly in English

·       He use various danger words

·       He can’t speak on given topic

·       He never translate the sentence from English to his mother       tongue.

·       He is not able to tell us story using his own words

·       He can describe his imagination

·       Never describe pictures in English

·       Never participant in conversation

·       He is not able to prepare invitation cards

·       Never take active participation in given project
